My 3 nights in Ella were perfect. The staff was excellent and helpful and the host too. Had a wide array of options for breakfast, it was savoury and satisfactory. Location: the hotel was close enough to the forest and a slope and the nature. I was surprised at nearby Dream Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.
My room was actually rather small.
